MAKING DEATH MORE HUMANE!
Have you ever lent a thought to how you and I can make the Death Experience a little smoother and more endurable for the terminally ill please?
It so happens that quite near my home there is an Old Age Home run by a temple trust. Once I went to the head of that Home and told the ex-military gentleman that he could call me when someone was about to depart from our world. I added that I had read much on this topic too (which was true).
If you have such a relative in distress and whom you suspect shall go away from you, please bear in mind the following tips:
(a)Listen to the man or woman without a distraction as long as he or she is speaking.
(b)Give minimal responses in an agreeing mindset (and not in an argumentative one!)
